GUARANTEE BY BREEDER
1. The cat is at least 13 weeks old, in good condition and in good shape at the time of sale by the
Breeder to the Buyer.
1.1. The cat that is being sold to the Buyer has been dewormed, vaccinated, microchipped and
checked by a veterinarian.
1.2. Breeder is not reliable for mistakes and/or mishandlings on the Buyer side.
2. Breeder guarantees that the cat listed above is a purebred British Shorthair (longhair) | Scottish Fold/ Straight Cat, with an accurate pedigree, and is eligible for registration in either or both; Cat Fanciers Association (GCCFI, GCCF) or The International Cat Association (TICA).
3. Breeder further guarantees that the parents of kitten are negative for FELV and FIV at the time of
leaving the cattery and is in good health. The cat has been vaccinated at least twice against feline
upper respiratory diseases.
4. We are unable to provide guarantees against the transmission of the coronavirus and FIP virus, as they are not genetically determined conditions, but rather infections that can be acquired from various sources
5. If kitten is purchased as a PET, he/she is guaranteed for the first 1 year against a severe
GENETIC problem that prevents the animal from living a normal life as a pet, i.e., HCM, Hip
Dysplasia.
5.1. In case of receiving written proof of a diagnoses of severe HD by an OFA or Penn Hip certification, or diagnosis of HCM by a certified Veterinary Cardiologist, the Buyer will receive a replacement of another, healthy kitten of equal quality as soon as available. Proof of diagnoses needs to contain :
Microchip number
Cats buyer name
Cats name
Breed of the cat
Colour of the cat
Age of the cat
5.2. In case of a proven diagnosis mentioned in 5.1 Buyer may keep the original cat.
5.3. Breeder is not responsible for any vet bills incurred.
5.4. In the event of death, Buyer must provide a death certificate issued by a veterinarian to
qualify for a replacement kitten.
6. The Breeder under no circumstances will take the sold cat back in case if the Buyer has an
emergency (i.e., allergy, emigration, illness of the owner), but will help to find new owners for
the cat.
GUARANTEE BY BUYER
1. The cat is not being purchased with intention for breeding. The Buyer becomes the owner of
the Cat after receiving the cat from the Breeder. From this moment on, all responsibility for the health and well-being of the Cat falls on the Buyer.
2. The Buyer undertakes to comply with the Breeder's instructions for the cat care, grooming and
feeding.
3.The Buyer agrees to have the cat examined by their veterinarian within 48 hours of purchase
for its own money. The stress that is caused in an animal when going to a new home may cause symptoms of illness, including minor upper respiratory infection, to appear in otherwise healthy animals. If the Buyer fails to have the cat examined by a veterinarian within 3 working days after purchase, the breeder shall not be held responsible for any subsequent issues or conditions affecting the cat.
4.The Buyer promises and warrants that this cat will be an INDOOR animal, not allowed to roam
freely outside. This animal WILL NOT BE DECLAWED, nor confined to a cage for extended
periods of time.
5. The Buyer agrees to take care of the Cat's health and take proper care of its welfare.
6. The Buyer undertakes to sterilize the cat when cat's weight is at least 2kg .
7. The Buyer undertakes to provide the cat with timely veterinary assistance from a qualified
specialist for its own money
8. The Buyer undertakes to vaccinate the Cat annually against the following diseases:
panleukopenia, rhinotracheitis and calicivirus.
9.If at any time this cat is found to be ill, malnourished, abused, neglected, or loose unattended
outdoors, Buyer obligates to return purchased cat to the Breeder unconditionally, with no refund
of purchase price.
10. The Buyer undertakes to keep kitten in quarantine for minimum of 5 days if there is one or
more pets in the household
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SALE
1. If the cat is to be shipped by air, all costs of transportation, including Rabies vaccination, pet passport & Veterinary Health Certificate, for shipment, shall be paid by the Buyer. Breeder is not responsible for airline costs or errors, including handling.
Payment Procedure
1. Both parties agree that the price for the chosen Cat is the price that's assigned under the name of each Cat. This price does not include transportation and other costs associated with the delivery of the Cat to the Buyer.
1.2. The Buyer undertakes to pay a deposit of 99 Euro not refundable of the total cost for each animal.
1.3 The kitten can be taken after full payment from the ready to go date within period of 7 days.
1.4 If in 7 days the kitten will not be taken, the kitten will be put up for sale again (the deposit will not be returned)
